Event Registration

In addition to making life better for kids with cancer, 5K event registration includes:

  • Chip timing 
  • Participant t-shirt
  • Finisher's medal
  • Munchkin Stops along the course
  • Dunkin' Donuts Breakfast finish
  • Goody bag (while supplies last)

Kids 5 & under participating in Donut Dash will receive:

  • Finisher's medal
  • Dunkin' Donuts donut treat
  • Complimentary 5K registration with paid adult

Online registration closes on Thursday, November 21st at 12:00pm.

Please note that we do not offer refunds. We do provide consideration for our ASK families who need refund assistance.

If you are unable to participate, you can claim your t-shirt and goody bag at early packet pick-up. You can also convert your registration fee to a donation by contacting Sarah Kelly at skelly@askccf.org or 804-658-5910.

Course Map & Parking

The 5K course starts and ends along the track of the St. Christopher's football field and winds through the beautiful campus neighborhood. Ample free parking is available throughout the school grounds.

The Kid's Donut Dash is a short dash around part of the St. Christopher's School track (about 200 meters). Children will receive a medal and donut as they cross the finish line.

Event Schedule

Early Packet Pick-Up, Friday, November 22nd

  • 3pm to 7pm
  • ASK's office, 5211 W. Broad Street, Suite 102 (front door is in the back of building)
  • Walk-up registrations available

Race Day, Saturday, November 23rd

  •  7:00am - Registration & Packet Pick-Up Opens 
  •  7:30am - Pre-Race Festival Starts
  •  8:00am - Kids Donut Dash
  •  8:30am - Fundraising Awards & Costume Contest
  •  9:00am - 5K Starts
  • 10:00am - Top Finisher Awards

Pre-Race Celebration

Starting at 7:30am, join us for the Pre-Race Celebration! We'll have our usual coffee + hot chocolate, games, activities, photobooth fun, music and a spirit station stop to get you ready for your 3.1 run/walk. The celebration will continue with an awards ceremony at 8:30am recognizing Top Fundraising Teams and Individuals as well as award for best Dunkin' Costume Contest.

Top three overall male adult (15 & older)
Top three overall female adult (15 & older)

LARGEST TEAM AWARD
The team with the most registered members will win the Largest Team Award. 

DUNKIN' DONUTS COSTUME CONTEST
Back again this year, we want to see your Dunkin' colors for the Best Dressed Costume Contest!  Let your creativity run wild and show your Dunkin' Donuts spirit with pink and orange colors, donut leggings and other donuty fun props.
