I'm thrilled to be running the 2026 United Airlines NYC Half on March 15, 2026 in Support of Team Edible Schoolyard NYC, a brilliant nonprofit on a mission to make edible education accessible for every child in New York City by helping public school students learn how to grow, cook and understand real food.

This isn't just about vegetables (although, I am very pro-vegetable). The challenge is that:

• too many children do not regularly consume enough fruits and vegetables;
• lower income neighborhoods and communities of color face increased challenges around access to healthy food; and
• open space and recreation areas can be scarce in NYC.

Through hands-on cooking and gardening classes, ESNYC supports students with healthy eating, fostering social emotional skills, promoting academic growth, connecting students to the environment and each other, and so much more. Annually, ESNYC programs are reaching over 4,000 NYC students to help them build healthy relationships with good, their community and their environment.

Here's how you can help:

• Donate: If you're able to donate, I'd be hugely grateful. No amount is too small!
• Spread the Word: Please share my fundraising page with your friends, family, and social networks.
• Watch Me Run: If you're in NYC, please come and cheer me on as I run with the ESYNYC team on March 15, 2026, and grab a pint with me at the end.

Thank you so much for supporting me!
