In April 2021, my wife, Kirsten French, was diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer at just 32 years old. She had no symptoms and no family history of the disease.

She fought courageously for our family and our 3-year-old daughter. In December 2023, at the age of 35, she passed away.

Kirsten and I shared a love for Orangetheory, and after she passed, it became a refuge for me during some of the hardest days.

Our goal is to raise awareness and funds in honor of Kirsten, supporting the relentless fight against colon cancer.
