Hi, my name is Cameron, and I’m turning 9 on June 9th.
Every year, I choose to donate my birthday money to a cause that matters. This year, I’m choosing to support Fight CRC because something really big happened—I went to Call-on Congress with my mom for Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month.
My mom has cancer. It’s really hard being a kid whose mom is sick. I see her tired and not feeling well, but she still tries so hard to be there for everything. At Call-on Congress, I met other kids like me—some of them had already lost their moms or dads to this cancer. That was really hard to hear.
I don’t want any other kid to have to go through this. I want to help Fight CRC so they can help families like mine, and help find a cure. If you were thinking about getting me a birthday gift, please consider donating instead.
Let’s fight colorectal cancer—so no kid has to grow up without their mom or dad.
Thank you,
Cameron
