Please join our Waukegan Steel team in helping to support our local food pantry as they once again provide much needed help for our hungry neighbors in 2018-2019.
On October 1st, 2018, we have committed to our 2nd Annual Food Drive in partnering with Northern Illinois Food Bank.
We have set a company fundraising goal of $5,000 in total donations; double from last year. We need your help to reach it! Please consider donating. Any amount would be appreciated. It all goes to a wonderful cause.
When you give to Northern Illinois Food Bank, your donation will go a long way toward making an impact on the lives of our hungry neighbors! In fact, for every $1 you donate, Northern Illinois Food Bank can provide $8 worth of groceries to hungry families, seniors and kids.
Just look at what your donation dollars can do!
- $10 can provide 100 pounds of fresh carrots for a local pantry
- $20 can provide 20 jars of peanut butter for hungry kids
- $50 can provide 300 boxes of whole grain pasta for families in need
- $100 can provide 40 gallons of milk to a pantry in Northern Illinois
There are several ways to participate. We have placed a box in our Sales Department that you can drop dry goods in or please visit our virtual Food and Fund Drive Waukegan Steel LLC Team page https://secure.qgiv.com/event/team/825386 for donations online. Another option is to donate by mail. Please let Jini Grogan know if you prefer this and she can email you the offline form to include with your check.
