My birthday is here again, thank you Lord!! It is my third birthday since Stage IV ALK Positive lung cancer diagnosis!! It is also ALK Positive's fundraising month. I continue to take my life-saving TKI medication every day, 8 pills a day. I have had stability since starting my treatment. Tragically, this is not the case for many. There is no cure, and many go rapidly through available treatment options. My relative ease does not negate the need and the awareness that should be created. Many non-smokers are dying of lung cancer. The researchers are so close, so many potential miracles on the horizon. What they need is financial support. Would you please help me in supporting our future? There is no amount too small. If all of my facebook friends gave $5 that would be over $5000.
