At Primrose, we believe who children become is as important as what they know. Our Caring and Giving Food Drive is just one of the ways we help children develop important character traits like kindness, compassion and generosity though our exclusive Balanced Learning® approach.
We're fundraising to help solve hunger in Northern Illinois, and we're asking YOU to join us!
This November, we’re taking on hunger and helping Primrose children develop lifelong character traits like compassion and generosity through our annual Caring and Giving Food Drive. As one of our Primrose Promise Giving Events, Caring and Giving is a hands-on character-building initiative that gives children the opportunity to learn and practice giving back firsthand while developing math, planning and nutrition skills.
The Food Bank has been responding to the increased need in our communities, which remains elevated due to the effects of COVID-19. In their latest fiscal year (July 2020-June 2021), the Food Bank has helped provide over 100 million meals to the community.
Please join us in making a difference in the lives of the thousands of people in Northern Illinois who are hungry. The funds we raise will stay right here, in our backyard, and will fill an empty plate of a hungry neighbor.
