Please make a difference in our community by helping support the Food Bank and their efforts to help solve hunger in Northern Illinois!

 

The work the Food Bank does for our friends and neighbors in Northern Illinois is without a doubt one of the more important lifelines available to those in need.  In their latest fiscal year (July 2020-June 2021), the Food Bank has helped provide over 100 million meals to the community!

 

With the increasing cost of food and transportation the Food Bank needs your support more than ever to help with the growing challenges they face in their battle to combat hunger in our communities.

 

Please join me in making a difference in the lives of the thousands of people in Northern Illinois who are hungry. The funds we raise will stay right here, in our backyard, and will fill an empty plate of a neighbor in need.  And now until the end of the year I am matching donations up to a total of $10,000. making your donation go even further in the battle against hunger.

 

Your Donation Makes an Impact:

  + Every $1 donated helps provide $8 worth of groceries for neighbors in need

  + 97% of the Food Bank's resources go to programs that feed neighbors in need

  + The Food Bank serves 13 counties in Northern Illinois, providing the equivalent of nearly 220,000 meals each day
