I am honored to be running my first NEW YORK CITY MARATHON in partnership with GOOD GRIEF, an organization dedicated to helping children and families navigate loss.  They provide free, ongoing peer support to young people coping with the death of a parent or sibling - building resilience, strengthening families, and ensuring no one grieves alone (good-grief.org).

This mission is deeply personal to me.  When I was 18, we lost my 16-year-old brother, Daniel, to a sudden aortic aneurysm.  Just a year later, my good friend George was lost to a fatal accident.  Those losses changed me forever.  They taught me how heavy and isolating grief can feel - especially at a young age - and how important it is to have support when the world suddenly feels unfamiliar.

I am running to help provide that support to others. I carry Daniel and George through every mile, and I am committed to bringing that same heart to my fundraising.

The NYC Marathon is a true bucket list endurance event, and I would be incredibly grategul for your support to get me over the finish line!  Every donation—big or small—helps fund these critical services for families who need them the most.
