Our Palestinian sisters and brothers are in need of your immediate support. Violence is escalating from Jerusalem to Gaza. Hundreds have been killed. Feel their pain, and please act! Here’s just a sampling of efforts for Palestinian families in need
- Food assistance vouchers that provide 4,160 vulnerable families in Gaza a means to purchase food items that they want.
- Helping build the capacity of a Makassed hospital for the Palestinian community in East Jerusalem.
- Supporting extremely vulnerable orphan families in Gaza so that they can receive extra social work support, relief items, and more.
- Empowerment programs for Palestinian women-headed families to help them increase their economic autonomy and financial resources, enabling them to better sustain their families
- Vocational training programs for young people and women
- Urgent water and sanitation programs that address needs in Gaza while mitigating the consequences of long-term climate change, including flooding, water salination, and rising surface temperatures
