At our game on Friday, March 24th, both the Loyola Cubs and the Harvard Westlake Wolverines will be Lacing Up 4 Pediatric Cancer by wearing gold shoelaces. The Lace Up 4 Pediatric Cancer events began in the fall of 2011 and since then professional, college, and youth teams have participated in raising funds and awareness for the #1 disease killer of children. To date, over a half million athletes have supported this cause. Many other southern California high school teams have supported this cause including Crespi, JSerra, Los Alamitos, Notre Dame, Santa Margarita, Santa Monica, and Sierra Canyon.
