Michelle Garcia | Women Build 2023
Habitat for Humanity of Seminole County & Greater Apopka is an organization
that strives to bring people together to build homes, communities, & hope.
Why Do I Participate in Women Build?
1/6 Floridians face unaffordable housing costs every month. In Seminole County & Apopka, 63% of single female households, including 24,565 children,
live below the poverty level.
Building homes with Habitat for Humanity is a concrete way to address this crisis,
providing the opportunity for safe, decent & affordable housing.
It is a key ingredient in breaking the cycle of poverty.
Each year, Women Build volunteers join forces to build a better world by
fundraising & building affordable housing opportunities for families
in our local communities!
Please consider supporting my team & me, as we work together to
reach our fundraising goals & a rewarding opportunity to participate
in building a home for a local family!
Thank you all for your consideration & contributions!
