What?

  • We have vendors that will be in our parking lot that you can browse through and purchase their items.
  • Our Preschool is hosting a bake sale.
  • Chicken BBQ will be in the front of the gymnasium.
  • Our junior class will be hosting a car wash for their senior trip.

When?

May 18, 2024

  • Vendors: 7AM-2PM
  • Bake Sale 7AM-2PM
  • Chicken BBQ 11AM-2PM
  • Car Wash 11AM-2PM

How?

We are pre-selling our chicken dinners through May 3rd. Please purchase your meals online through the link. There will not be any hard copy paperwork or reminder cards/tickets going home with your student. Please designate who is picking up the chicken. Share the link with your co-workers. They can pay for the meal and you take it to them or they can come pick it up. The PTA is providing a prize to three students who sell the most Chicken BBQ meals. One for a Preschool student ($25 gift card to Monkey Joes), an Elementary student ($25 gift card to Sky Zone), and a MS/HS ($25 gift card to Sky Zone).

How to be involved?

We need your help! Choose to be a vendor, purchase meals, and/or volunteer to help.

There are many places to volunteer as we round out the end of the school year and you look to finish up those Spirit and Service Hours.

Volunteer Opportunities: set up or tear down - sit at our information table to help direct traffic - help the PTA with the Chicken BBQ meals - help Trent with making the chicken - help direct traffic during the event - bring in foot traffic for the car wash or "extra" dinners - sit at our HCA table - contact the Preschool office to see what help they need with the Bake Sale.

Chicken BBQ

What's included: Chicken BBQ meal-Half a Chicken, Roll, Chips, Apple Sauce, and Water Bottle

How much? $10/meal

Preordering is Closed. Come purchase meals between 11am-2pm. First come- first served until we sell out.

How to pick up? Enter through Brian Road (not at the light), park, and join the line at the white tent in front of the gymnasium
