I support Horizons Greater Boston because I’ve seen what happens when students are given not just opportunity—but a community that truly believes in them. For 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of being part of this work—as a founding board chair of Horizons at Dedham Country Day and Horizons Greater Boston—and I’ve witnessed incredible growth. A quiet kindergartener finding their voice. A hesitant swimmer diving into the deep end with confidence.

That’s the power of Horizons.

Through ten summers of joyful, high-quality learning - academics, swimming, the arts, field trips, and social-emotional support, students gain up to 10 weeks of academic progress each summer. More importantly, they build confidence, curiosity, and a belief in their own potential.
We serve 350+ students today—but many more are waiting. This Giving Day, help us support the students we have and grow to reach those we have not - as yet!
