I’m thrilled to be participating in ‎Fueling Student Transformation, a fundraiser supporting Horizons National Student Enrichment Program! My passion for Horizons is personal. 

As the former Executive Director of Horizons at St. Richard's in Indianapolis, I've witnessed the power of this program first-hand.  As the "Grandma Shanna" of a Horizons student, the impact is priceless!  Rhylee started his 1st grade year unable to recognize his letters, numbers and colors.  The gains Rhylee made in 1st grade continued to accumulate thanks to the reading and math lessons and individualized attention he received while at Horizons over the summer.  He started 2nd grade a more confident student ready to learn, grow and thrive!  He learned so much from the hands-on enrichment activities and field trips that broadened his perspectives and experiences with the world.  

I have continued to support Horizons as a board member.  I’m passionate about this cause and need your help! Every donation—big or small—helps me reach my fundraising goal and directly impacts this important cause.
