Working at Kidsave has given me a front-row seat to the power of what happens when someone says Yes—yes to showing up, yes to opening their heart, and yes to helping an older child in foster care find the love, stability, and lifelong connection every child deserves. Kidsave’s mission is to create change so older children in foster care and orphanages can grow up in families or connected to caring adults, and being part of this work every day has only fueled the love I have for what I do.
Every story, every connection, and every family formed reminds me why this work matters so deeply. These kids are not statistics—they are young people who deserve to be seen, chosen, supported, and celebrated. I am proud to be part of a team that helps make those moments possible, and I’m inviting you to join me by saying Yes too. Yes to making every step count.
This year, my team is working toward a fundraising goal of $750, and my personal goal is to raise $250.
