Like most daughters, my father is one of my heroes. He has always been steadfast in his love, guidance, support, understanding and humor that puts life's reality into a better light. In 2015 my father was diagnosed with Parkinson's. With the unwavering support of my amazing mother, the unconditional love from his family + his dedication to his Tai Chi he has learned what it means to live with his diagnosis + persevere regardless. Thank you, Dad, for not giving up + for showing me what it means to always live your best life. We love you more than you know! This one's for you.

Parkinson's disease is not an easy one to live with. We need to work together to help each other, especially the caregivers. Thank you, Ariel, for participating in this walk. I'm proud of you. Mom.
