• Ask one or two employees to serve as Event Coordinators who work with JA staff to set participation and fundraising goals, as well as the date, time, and location for the event.
• Employees form teams of five and work as a team to raise at least $750 from family and friends for a month leading up to the event.
• To celebrate everyone’s fundraising success, teams come together and enjoy 2.5 hours of bowling, pizza, music, and giveaways.
• Individuals who raise at least $250 will receive an additional prize and recognition at the event.
• To ensure 100% of proceeds raised are used to provide fantastic learning opportunities to local students, it costs $40 per person to participate in the event, which is typically paid by an employer.

Companies that would like to request a specific date, time, and location are asked to raise or give at least $10,000. Companies that commit to raising or giving $2,500 - $9,999 will join other companies at a date, time, and location chosen by JA.
