Join me for one of my favorite and most challenging weeks of the year — Kayaking the Keys for Hope.

We’ll be paddling 110 miles from Key Largo to Key West to raise money for the SebastianStrong Foundation and, more importantly, continue to raise awareness for kids and families facing childhood cancer.

The most meaningful part of the journey comes at the end. For the final mile, we’re joined on the water by kids and family members who are living this every day. Paddling in alongside them and then watching them come to shore — seeing the smiles, the energy, the chance for a weekend that just feels normal — it’s something that stays with me. Especially knowing what they’re carrying and continuing to go through.

SebastianStrong is focused on two things: funding more effective, less toxic treatments for kids and making sure families don’t have to navigate this journey alone. Both are critical. Both are needed.

This work matters. The need is real. The impact is tangible.  And, none if happens without your support!
