This will be our fourth year attending Kayaking the Keys for Hope with the SebastianStrong Foundation. 

Last year, we weren’t able to be there. Jake was in the hospital, fighting through his bone marrow transplant. It was one of the hardest seasons of our lives.

So being able to come back this year feels… different. It feels meaningful. It feels personal. We are not just showing up, we're fundraising.

I’ve committed to raising $5,000 to support research for better, less toxic treatments for kids battling cancer.

Because the truth is… what these kids endure is still so outdated. The treatments are harsh. The side effects are lifelong. And far too many families are still losing their children.

This year is especially heavy on my heart. We’ve recently lost two sweet boys in our community. Jake has lost friends. And as a mom, there are no words for what that feels like.
