You are reading this because you love great community radio. Though you may also be here because you like/love/tolerate/somehow know me - and that's great, too! So why not combine your love of both and aid in my quest for total rock stardom by making a tax-deductible contribution to 88Nine's  “Karaoke for a Cause." 

What is this, you ask? Well my favoritest radio station, which brings you not only awesome music but also supports Milwaukee through promotion of terrific nonprofit organizations, community events and much more, is hosting their 3rd Annual Fall Ball on September 23rd, which will include "celebrity" karaoke. Yes, that's right, I'm a gosh darn celebrity, if even for one night.

If you are among the lucky enough to know me, you also understand just how horribly... AWESOME it will be for me to inflict my particular brand of tone-deafness upon hundreds of other music lovers from across Milwaukee :) (Though what I lack in talent I make up for in stage presence) To help me overcome this "shyness" perhaps you can find it in your heart to give a few bucks to reach, then crush, my fundraising goal. Because if I win I get to not only support one of my favorite things about Milwaukee, but I also get super huge bragging rights that my friends, family and random strangers actually want to hear me sing. #winning

To top it off, my in-the-flesh live performance will be backed by an all-star line-up of musicians from some of Milwaukee’s favorite bands…but to make my dream a reality I need your support!
