Zephyr started training in May of 2014, I started June of 2015. He is a green belt, I yellow -  out ranked by my son. Sun Dragon has provided immeasurable benefits to each if us and our family. Zephyr has found a discipline that he loves in every way and that supports his growth in so many ways.  I have found a challenging and powerfully fun way of engaging my body and mind to new levels.  Seido karate believes in cultivating a strong body, mind and spirit. We gladly support the dojo in their fund raising efforts; they are a non profit that is dedicated to providing affordable classes and workshops for people ages 4 and up.
