My kickball team, The Bananas (yellow shirts, duh) have joined a charity kickball event benefitting The Greater Chicago Food Depository! Did you know that ONE in every SEVEN Chicagoans goes without meals? Each year the GCFD feeds nearly one million people ??
Our team goal (and requirement to play) is $1700, or $140 per player. Will you help me exceed that goal and get to $200 or more? Any donation, little or big, will make a difference.
Since the event is on July 13, you could consider it a July 16 birthday present too ... :)
