1/8/2017 was the day I got to meet my Colt. He was perfect in every way. He had my ears, he had my nose, but most importantly he had my heart. He will always will be my first born and my pride and joy. He made me a dad, he made me have a purpose. On that day I vowed to never let anyone forget him, no matter what. I find myself telling strangers about him and our story not for sympathy, I tell the story because people need to know how in a blink of an eye your life can change and you have no control over it.

 So we do this walk for him, we live our lives for him. There aren’t many things I can do for him these days but this is one of them. We will walk for Colt and all of the other babies who aren’t here. We will not be ashamed of stillbirth. It happened to us and it royally sucks. We are not alone in this there are too many families who have dealt with this, and unfortunately there will be more. Parents of stillborn babies are strong. We have our bad days, we have our good days but at the end of the day they are our kids and we will walk through a wall for them. That’s why we do this. So please, if you can suppport this cause.
