Built in 1980 by Capt. Bob Yeomans, the F/V Erica Lee is one of the oldest, and last remaining, continuously operating passenger boats in Newburyport. By our rough tally, more than 9,500 kids and fishermen have spent time upon her decks. Today the F/V Erica Lee spends her summers with kids onboard attending BOAT CAMP, operated by Merrohawke Nature School, which was co-founded by Rob and Kate Yeomans in 2007.

Your generous support today ensures that future generations will be able to grow up close to the Merrimack River and nearby coastal waters, will develop the grit that naturally comes from time spent on the water, and will gather priceless memories that can only be made by spending a day at sea. 

We are preparing for a busy Summer 2020, and your support will help make sure the F/V Erica Lee is ready for her 41st Summer afloat.
