Minds Matter Chicago (MMC) supports Chicago’s academically dedicated, low-income, high potential high school students through the mind-numbingly difficult college application process. 100% of our graduates are accepted to a four-year college, exceeding the Chicago Public Schools average of 43%. 

Our ultimate goal is to set up our students for success. Programming includes one-on-one mentorship, standardized test preparation, summer programs, public speaking training, career choice support, alumni program support, and more. MMC students enter college with a purpose, sense of self, and confidence to enact their goals.

MMC is entirely free to students and relies on contributions to sustain our programming – we are a volunteer-based organization.
