Did you know that financial stress causes physical and mental health problems like depression, anxiety, ulcers, digestive problems, high blood pressure, insomnia, cardiovascular issues, and more? How about that 62% of Americans are stressed about money?

Over the past three years, I have had the privilege of working as a personal finance coach for mpowered, a non-profit that aims to reduce financial stress and provide financial security for all.

mpowered and I will be using the month of May to highlight the connection between physical health and financial health through our fundraising campaign, Move for Change.
