Artistic costs that directly affect my experience in MYS exceed $100,000 each year. This amount covers our rehearsal space and concert venues, music, instruments sectional coaches, and most importantly student scholarships, creating excellent orchestral education possible for all! Hello my name is Martin and I play in the Philharmonic Orchestra  of the Minnesota Youth Symphonies (MYS). Though I've played Violin since 4th grade,this is my first year playing for MYS .  I am able to be a part of it because of a generous scholarship.My favorite part of MYS rehearsals is playing awesome music by Dvorak and Brahms. 

Each of us is working to raise 150.00 a student in order to continue to provide scholarships for students who want to be a part of MYS, but may not be able to afford to do so.

Please join us for our festive performance on December 14th, 2019 at Rosedale Mall, from 12:00-3:45pm!
