This amount covers our rehearsal space and concert venues, music, instruments sectional coaches, and most importantly student scholarships, creating excellent orchestral education possible for all! Hello my name is Hal and I play in the Repertory Orchestra of the Minnesota Youth Symphonies (MYS). I have played cello for almost 8 years. My favorite part of MYS rehearsals is MYS rehearsal.  MYS is important to me because 1. It's better than the other orchestra which shall not be named (kidding!), 2. It is really fun, and 3. It introduces students to a professional orchestral environment. 

Please join us for our festive performance on December 14th, 2019 at Rosedale Mall, from 12:00-3:45pm! We are playing classic holiday chestnuts from Phantom of the Opera and Pirates of the Caribbean.
