Olivia Grace Wischmeyer 12-8-2025 to 1-1-2026 Olivia was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome and was a warrior from the start!! Her story moved so many people in her short 25 days. She passed away from necrotizing enterocolitis totalis. We want to raise money in memory of her to advocate for more research for earlier detection. Unfortunately this devastating disease sometimes is never caught till the bowel has become necrotic. Due to her heart issues her bowel did not get enough oxygen and started getting ischemic. I am advocating for more research.
Building a world without NEC with the NEC Society!
May is NEC Awareness Month, and May 17 is NEC Awareness Day.
I'm teaming up with the NEC Society to spread awareness about necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC). Join me in supporting the NEC Society's work to advance NEC research, education, and advocacy so we can build a world where no family is devastated by this disease.
Every donation—big or small—helps me reach my fundraising goal and directly impacts this important cause.
Here's how you can help:
Donate: Contribute whatever you can. No amount is too small!
Spread the Word: Share my fundraising page with your friends, family, and social networks. Let’s spread awareness so we can raise more!
Thank you for helping me build a world without NEC!
