Cancer has touched all of us in some way... family, friends, coworkers. It changes lives in an instant. I’m taking part in Golf Fights Cancer to help support patients and families who are going through that fight right now. Every swing is for someone still fighting.

I'm playing 100 holes in one day!

Dear friend,

This June, I will be playing 100 holes in Golf Fight Cancer's 2026 New England Golf Marathon, a unique fundraising event that combines a love of golf and the desire to give back. Golfers of all skill levels play 100 holes to support cancer-related organizations.

I will be raising critical funds for the Hockomock Area YMCA Team LIVESTRONG and ask you to support me by making a gift. My goal is $4,000, and a donation of any amount will make a difference.

LIVESTRONG AT THE YMCA is a physical activity program designed for adult cancer survivors who have become deconditioned or chronically fatigued from their treatment and/or disease. The goal is to help participants build muscle mass and muscle strength, increase flexibility and endurance, and improve functional ability. The program is 12-weeks in length and meets twice a week for 1.5 hours and includes a 12-week YMCA family membership. Equally as important as the physical improvements, are the relationships and emotional support system created among the participants throughout the program.
