We're playing 100 holes in one day!

This June, staff and volunteers from the Hockomock Area YMCA will be playing 100 holes in Golf Fight Cancer's 2026 New England Golf Marathon, a unique fundraising event that combines a love of golf and the desire to give back. Golfers of all skill levels play 100 holes to support cancer-related organizations. All proceeds raised for Team LIVESTRONG will 100% come back to the Hockomock Area YMCA and support our LIVESTRONG at the YMCA programming.
LIVESTRONG AT THE YMCA is a physical activity program designed for adult cancer survivors who have become deconditioned or chronically fatigued from their treatment and/or disease. The goal is to help participants build muscle mass and muscle strength, increase flexibility and endurance, and improve functional ability. The program is 12-weeks in length and meets twice a week for 1.5 hours and includes a 12-week YMCA family membership. Equally as important as the physical improvements, are the relationships and emotional support system created among the participants throughout the program.
We will be raising critical funds and ask that you to support us by making a gift. Our goal is $4,000 per team member, and a donation of any amount will make a difference.
