Where? Oakdale Lake, 132 North 6th St., Hudson. Overflow parking is available at the Fire Station at 77 N. 7th St. Vans will shuttle between Oakdale and the Fire Station.
When? Saturday, March 2nd. Check-In for plungers opens at 11am and plunging commences at noon! We encourage everyone to arrive early to park and enjoy the friviloty on the beach. Plungers should arrive by 11:30 to park and check in.
Are there awards? Yes! There will be awards for Best Costumes, Top Fundraiser and Top Team Fundraising. We will judge the Costumes during the event this year and award prizes at the end of the Plunge.
Will food be available? You bet! Alma's Tacos will be serving a delicious menu to keep you warm and nourished.
Can I register on-site the day of the event? Unfortunately no. Due to the incredible popularity of the event, we no longer can accommodate on-site registration. The last day to Register is Friday March 1st.
Can I donate on-line during or after the Plunge? Yes! Donations by credit card are gratefully accepted before, during and after the event.
Can I donate by check? Certainly! Make checks payable to Oakdale Plunge and mail to the following address. Indicate the Team or Individual you'd like to sponsor in the memo line so they get credit.

Can children register and plunge? Absolutely! Anyone 6 years or older may register and we waive registration fees for anyone under 18. A legal guardian must register and sign a waiver for anyone under 18, and accompany them at the event.
What should plungers wear? Anything you'd like, but outrageous outfits are strongly encouraged. Arrive in your plunging attire and bring something warm to wear over your costume before your plunge. Changing rooms are only available post-plunge. We recommend you plunge with shoes or something on your feet, and everyone should bring a towel and dry clothes.
Can plungers leave a change of dry clothes in the Beachhouse? Yes! We will have a shelves inside the Beach House where you can leave a tote or gym bag while you plunge. Please label your bag with your name and phone number. We cannot be responsible for any valuables. Do not leave keys, phones, watches, wallets, jewelry, etc unattended
