Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! I am participating in the Congenital Heart Walk to support the mission of The Children's Heart Foundation: to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects by funding the most promising research.
Team Madelyn is excited to participate in another CHD Heart Walk! Madelyn is 4 years old and has survived 5 Cardiac Cath Lab Procedures and an Open Heart Surgery so far, with more surgeries needed throughout her whole life for her Rare Critical Congenital Heart Defects. ?❤️? She has another Open Heart Surgery on her horizon, but has been surigical intervention free since her first OHS on 8/11/2021! ❤️?? Madelyn has PA/IVS, Tricuspid Regurgitation, Valve Insufficiencies and Right Ventricular Hypoplasia. All of her defects fall under the umbrella of her having Hypoplastic Right Heart Syndrome. We are so proud of our Heart Warrior and all that she has accomplished so far in her short life! We would love to have family and friends help us celebrate our Warrior and others like her by joining us during the 2023 Heart Walk, donating to our cause or both! ❤️
