“The health and safety of all stakeholders remain our top priority at Over The Edge. We will continue to monitor and share pertinent information with everyone. We are monitoring the information released by the Center for Disease Control and the World Health Organization for accurate, unbiased coverage of the outbreak.
1. We recognize that COVID-19 is a new and concerning disease, but that outbreaks can be managed with the right response.
2. We require that all staff continue to adopt and rigorously practice the most important preventive measures for COVID-19 by frequent hand washing and always covering your mouth and nose when sneezing or coughing.
3. We are prepared to actively support a response to COVID-19 in a variety of ways, including the adoption of more stringent ‘social distancing’ practices and other state impose guidelines.
Additional Over The Edge precautions for the foreseeable future:
- Ample sanitary wipes will continue to be included in all event kits
- All equipment will continue be cleaned with sanitary wipes upon return to Staging by the Staging Manager and/or volunteer, but special attention to detail will be given.
- Latex gloves will be given to participants for use inside OTE protective gloves
- Extra alcohol-based disinfectant will be made available on site for use by all stakeholders
