Event Day Schedule:

8 a.m. - 12 p.m.: check-in/registration and passport card pickup at either Meals on Wheels office

8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.: check-in/registration and passport card pickup in the Village at Design Remedy

6 - 7:30 p.m.: Celebratory drink in the Village at Carolina Bauernhaus (free soda or pretzel for underage participants)

All-day: shopping at participating vendors

*You can pre-register online anytime leading up to event day.

Check-in/Register and Passport Card Pickup Information:

When you go to check-in/register and passport card pickup, you will receive one passport card and one raffle ticket. You can purchase additional raffle tickets for $5 each at check-in/registration locations on the day of (please see Raffle page for more information).

If you plan to check-in/register and pick up your passport card at Meals on Wheels, please park in the upper parking lot and walk over to the booth set up outside next to the meal delivery pickup tent.

If you plan to check-in/register and pick up your passport card at Design Remedy, go to the table set up outside the front doors.
