Where can I purchase a passport card?

You can purchase your passport card online at any time. Once your purchase had been made, you will recieve a confirmation email and you will be able to pick up your passport card on the day of the event. You can also purchase your passport card in person the day of at either check-in/registration location.

 

Where can you pick up your passport card?

On the day of the event, you can pick up your passport card and raffle tickets at two locations (see About page for pick up details).

 

Is this a timed event?

You have from when vendors open to close to shop (see Vendor page for hours of operation).

 

Can I purchase additional raffle tickets?

Yes. For $5 each, you can purchase additional raffle tickets the day of when you pick up your passport card at either the Meals on Wheels office or at Design Remedy (see About page for pick up details).

 

Do all participants receive a celebratory beer?

All participants who receive six or more stamps on their passport card will receive a celebratory beer.

 

How do I collect a stamp from a vendor?

For a single purchase made at a paricipating vendor, the attendee will recieve one stamp on their passport card for that vendor. 

 

How will I know if I have won a raffle item? 

Meals on Wheels will contact you by phone.

 

When and where can I pick up my raffle item?

Meals on Wheels will have a table set up at Carolina Bauernhaus with all prizes ready for pick up the evening of. If you are unable to pick up your raffle item the night of, we will arrange a time for you to collect it from our office.

 

Is this a family-friendly event?

Absolutely! Participants under 21 are more than welcome to participate and if they collect six or more stamps on their passport card, they can choose between a free soda or pretzel from Carolina Bauernhaus on us at the end of the day.
