April 24
Great news! We met the April 23th Founders Month goal, and are now at $41,600!
To finish out the month strong, a new anonymous donor has pledged $13,000 if we if we can raise $10,400 more in gifts by the end of Founders Month to finish off the campaign strong, just like previous Founders campaigns have done. Let's get there!
But wait....there's more to celebrate! The ribbon is cut, the open house is tomorrow. Please come one come all anytime between 11-4 to tour the space!

Whew! We did it. A little late, but we did it. Please take a moment to notice our incredible donors that lifted us well over our $25,000 goal.
What if we tried to raise $40,000 by Thursday, since we are about to cut the ribbon and open the house this week?
If we can get to $39,000, a Pendragon Board Member has pledged to push us over the finish line with the last $1,000!

We did it! $12,540 in donations as of today. Thanks to Cape Air and our incredible supporters, we have now reached $14,540! Can we keep this going? Adirondack Health has challenged us to reach $25,000 by April 16th. If we make it, they will add $2,500 to our total! Can we do it?"
April 8: We made the first goal! We’ve reached $5,500 in donations for Founders Month! There is more good news. We just heard from our friends at Cape Air who have challenged us to get to $12,000 by April 13th. If we can, they will add $2,000 to our total!
April 2: To kick things off, an anonymous donor has stepped forward with a $2,500 challenge gift—and issued the first call to action:

Transitions from founders are difficult, but Pendragon came out of its transition back in 2012 even stronger and with a deep legacy. The pandemic sidelined many performing arts organizations, but Pendragon is one of the few that is growing its attendance.
And many people thought we could never raise the money for a new theater, especially after
pandemic inflation of costs, but here we are, well above the amount nobody believed.
The “Little Engine That Could” is on its way to being the LEED Silver-certified non-fossil
fuel “Regional Economic Engine that Can.”
It’s because of all of you- the over 1000 donors, the community members who enjoy
theater, the parents of the young people on the stage who are gaining skills and having
fun, the local foundations who recognize the economic impact, the Village who has partnered with Pendragon in the formerly underdeveloped part of town, the board, and the staff who put their heart and soul into this gem of a theater. We are now putting the
quality of frame that they deserve around the work that they do. We are now providing
the quality of venue the patrons deserve.

But we still need YOU to complete the last of the fundraising- and you have the most fun part. You can help FINISH the job that was started nearly 12 years ago, to help
CONTINUE the legacy that has been a part of so many families.
