This year, we’re walking with purpose, gratitude, and hope at the Philadelphia Congenital Heart Walk in honor of our sweet boy, Callan, and the millions of children and families impacted by congenital heart disease (CHD).

Every 15 minutes in the United States, a baby is born with a congenital heart defect, the most common birth defect in our country. Thanks to the work of The Children’s Heart Foundation over the past 30 years, life-saving research has led to earlier diagnoses, better treatments, and surgical advances that have dramatically improved outcomes for children like Callan. These breakthroughs are the reason so many heart warriors are able to grow, thrive, and live fuller lives.

The Congenital Heart Walk exists to ensure this progress doesn’t stop. By raising funds for The Children’s Heart Foundation, we’re supporting critical research that advances the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of CHDs - research that gives families answers, improves survival, and changes futures.
