On June 19, both of us, along with several others, will be doing a 5K through some of the neediest neighborhoods of our city. While they run we will pray. This is part of a movement-wide annual event called the Prayer Journey when Christians all over the world will venture into areas that most people try to avoid, in order to pray that workers will be raised up.

This year we are running to raise money for the MoveIn COVID-19 Global Relief Fund. Even though the Western world is almost over COVID-19, most other countries are still struggling under the burden of it. Money raised will go towards several ministries around the world serving the unreached, urban poor to help with relief efforts. Efforts include distributing food and hygiene items in India, the Philippines and Pakistan to families hard-hit by the pandemic, serving refugees in Greece, and serving vulnerable children in Germany, Mexico and Indonesia.
