Artistic costs that directly affect my experience in MYS exceed $100,000 each year. This amount covers our rehearsal space and concert venues, music, instruments sectional coaches, and most importantly student scholarships, creating excellent orchestral education possible for all! Hello my name is Quinn and I play cello in the String Orchestra of the Minnesota Youth Symphonies (MYS). This is my first year with MYS. MYS is important to me because it's an orchestra where I can play more advanced pieces and it provides more opportunities to challenge my playing outside of school.

To celebrate our fundraising accomplishments, everyone is invited to a play-a-thon with all four MYS orchestras December 15th from 12-4 at Rosedale Mall.
