Team Georgie is back! ??

On Sunday, October 11th, we’ll be at Woodland Park Zoo for the 2026 Puget Sound Buddy Walk®—one of our favorite days of the year and a celebration of people with Down syndrome, their families, and the community around them.

For us, this walk is about so much more than walking. The Down Syndrome Community of Puget Sound (DSC) has been part of our family’s journey since Georgie was born. They’ve been there with programs, resources, connections, events, and opportunities that have helped our family—and so many others—along the way.

When you donate to Team Georgie, you’re helping DSC continue that work. You’re helping create opportunities for lifelong learning, friendships, support, and experiences while building a community where people with Down syndrome are included, valued, and given the opportunity to show just how much they can do.
