Each of the last 14 years I have tried to compete on and off the hill in this event.  Due to Covid restrictions, the traditional competition on the ridge is not possible, but the competition that matters (for fundraising) is still on!

It has been a year since COVID-19 hit us, and it has hit our community hard. Needs in our community that were already great, became even greater. The generosity of the many supporters of the Ben Myers Ridge A Thon a year ago enabled the Taos Community Foundation to move funds swiftly and flexibly into our local community for immediate basic needs in health, food, and shelter.

With my wife working at the Taos Community Foundation, I know first hand how effectively and efficiently your donations are put to good use.  The needs are great all over and we know that this is just one of many efforts to address those needs.  You can rest assured that funds donated through the Taos Community Foundation are well targeted and efficiently applied where they are needed most.
