VIRTUAL Paws in the Park!

Our first ever Virtual event has ended, and I have to admit it was a lot of fun! We were nervous about hosting a virtual event, we knew we had to work extra hard to make it a fun and engaging experience.

For 7 weeks we hosted online challenges, encouraging our followers to post fun videos, raise funds for cool prizes and earn their way to amazing raffle winnings. And to bring it all together, on Saturday, September 26th we hosted an hour long Live Stream event produced by JDI Productions. 

We want to express a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who participated, raised funds, donated, shared our posts and watched our Live Stream! It is because of all of YOU that Paws in the Park has come so close to our $30,000 goal! Fundraising closes on Friday, October 2nd at 11 PM, but you can still purchase cool Paws in the Park & Rhode Island SPCA Celebrate 150 swag until October 31st! (unless we run out sooner! get 'em while they last!) 

 

Did you win in the FURtual Raffle?

So how does a virtual raffle work?
What if I win something I don't like? We know a blind raffle is hard...you might win a cat basket and only have dogs...or win the Small Dog basket and you have a Great Dane... Well how about an opportunity to swap?!

All winners have been contacted via email! If you won a prize that isnt the right fit for you be sure to reach out for a link to our virtual "Raffle Swap!"

How will the Raffle Swap work? Post what you won and ask if anyone wants to swap with you, those who are interested in swapping can leave comments on your post. Once you decide who you are swapping with, email or call us and we will arrange pick up! Being a virtual raffle, all of the prizes will be at the Rhode Island SPCA, so we can easily swap the names on the winning prizes for pick up! Please note, shipping of prizes is NOT encouraged. Winners who ask for items to be shipped, will need to absorb the cost of shipping.
