I'd love to invite you to join me for one of my favorite days of the year! On Sunday, September 27, I'll be participating in the 29th Annual Once Upon a Run, Walk & Roll at Shane's Inspiration Playground in Griffith Park. This magical storybook-themed event brings together hundreds of children, families, and community members to celebrate inclusion while raising funds for the life-changing work of Inclusion Matters by Shane's Inspiration. I've been part of this organization since 1999, when I first volunteered, and it's been one of the greatest joys of my life to watch it grow into a worldwide movement. Today, we've created 81 inclusive playgrounds on five continents and continue to provide free education and outreach programs that help children of ALL abilities play, learn, and belong together. I'd love for you to join my team and experience the magic with me! Registration is free, and we'll even help you create your own fundraising page to share with family and friends. If you can't make it to Griffith Park, I hope you'll consider making a donation instead. Every dollar helps create more opportunities for children with disabilities to experience the joy of play, friendship, and belonging. Thank you for supporting something that means so much to me.
