Join the 12th Annual Santa Fun Run!

It’s that time of year again— round up your friends, family, and coworkers, and join us for a jolly good time supporting The Arc of the Piedmont!

All proceeds from this merry event go directly toward helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Charlottesville and the surrounding community live fuller, more independent lives.

We’re calling on companies, families, and individuals to team up, spread some cheer, and raise funds for a great cause!

And don’t forget—the top corporate and family fundraising teams will win special prizes and bragging rights straight from the North Pole! ✨

REGISTRATION FEES:

Adults - $25

Children 4-12 years - $15

3 years and younger is FREE!

The start & finish lines are at the Charlottesville Downtown Mall in front of Ting Pavilion

Registration check-in:

Run/Walk begins @ 10:00 AM

PICK UP YOUR SANTA SUIT EARLY:

Join us on Friday, December 5th, 4pm - 7pm at Random Row Brewery to pick up your Santa suit early!

Mention the Arc when you order a beer, and Random Row will donate a portion of proceeds to the Arc!

RUN DETAILS:

The Run Distance is approximately 1 mile

Registrants will receive their costumes (Santa suit for adults and elf ears for children) at check-in, if they haven't already been picked up at Random Row Brewery on December 5th.

Please arrive at the check-in location in front of Ting Pavilion on the Downtown Mall between 9:00 AM and 9:30AM to receive your costume and turn in any donations if applicable.

Enjoy lite snacks and cocoa starting at 9:00 AM before the run/walk begins. Participants will follow the 1-mile route beginning and finishing at Ting Pavilion on the Downtown Mall.

Spectators are welcome along the mall and along the 1-mile route. The Santa Run will take place rain, snow, or shine! Unfortunately, no refunds can be granted.
