I’m thrilled to be participating in Sing & Play 30 for 30! We're going to make 30 hours of music to show how much music means to our community, and to raise funds to support people, programs, instruments, and facilities that help thousands of people make music each year.
Making music means a lot to me, and I need your help! Every donation -- big or small -- helps us meet a $100,000 matching challenge from the Byrne Foundation and directly impacts music in the community.
Here's how you can help:
Donate: Contribute whatever you can. No amount is too small! Your gift helps us meet the Byrne challenge and unlock additional challenge gifts along the way.
Spread the Word: Share my fundraising page with your friends, family, and social networks. Let’s spread awareness so we can make more music!
Come to an event: I'm going to be playing in two performances (which means I'm considered a "superhero"!) I'll be joining Sinfonia on Saturday morning at 9:30am. We're playing some really fun music!!! I'll also be performing in the Suzuki Showcase at 3pm on Sunday where we will be joined on stage by the Grammy Award winning group the Villalobos Brothers. (Liam will be playing in this concert too...and my mom will be moving chairs and cellos on and off the stage!) It's going to be an exciting concert!!
I'd love to have you join us in the audience...and I'd be grateful if you were able to support UVMC by making a donation via my page on the Sing and Play 30 for 30 website.
Thank you for standing by me in this effort. Your support means the world to me!
