Approximately 1300 youth slept on the streets of Columbus last year. I am inspired each day by the hard/heart work being done at Huck House. Over 500 teens seek safety and shelter at our crisis shelter each year.

Huck House is expanding its housing options for youth ages 18-22. Instead of entering the adult homeless system, young people can enter Huck House's transitional living program to gain the education and employment and life skills they need to live independently in permanent housing.

Not only do I believe in the work of Huck House, I also believe in every young person who goes to Huck House with a desire for a better life. Everyone deserves a place to live and a chance to thrive.
