May is NF Awareness Month and we are bringing the NF community together all over the Northeast. Join us in Wakefield, MA as we walk and run around the stunning Lake Quannapowitt and take part in a beautiful day for friends, family and hope for NF. The course will begin and end near the gazebo.

Register to walk or run the 5K course with us. Help raise money to support NF Northeast through individual or team fundraising.

Raise $500: Receive a Steps2Cure NF t-shirt*, NF water bottle & NF beach towel

Amounts raised are inclusive of your registration fee.

Team Fundraising Incentives

Raise $1,500: Receive a Steps2Cure NF hat for each team member, in addition to any individual fundraising incentives.

Raise $2,500: Receive a Team tent and banner, VIP registration, special pre-walk snacks, Steps2Cure NF hat, in addition to any individual fundraising incentives.

*Individuals must be registered by April 15, 2024 and have raised at least $100 to be eligible to receive a t-shirt. Team totals must be raised by April 15, 2024 for incentive eligibility.



It is the most common genetic disorder caused by a single gene and affects three times as many people as muscular dystrophy, Huntington's disease, Tay Sachs, and cystic fibrosis combined.
