We are dedicated to supporting Deniro and everyone else whom Neurofibromatosis impacts. Since Deniro's diagnosis of NF Type 1, we have made it a mission to raise funds to support advocacy and research.
At the time of Deniro's diagnosis, he was just shy of 3 years old. There were no known treatments, and we were discouraged by the prognosis.
Since then, we truly believe that our dedication to raising money has led to the first-ever FDA-approved chemotherapy drug to treat the type of tumor Deniro has. However, there needs to be more treatment and options for NF patients since there are many complex variables associated with NF.
